The Origin Farmers Walk Handles are great for your training loaded carries, a widely underutilised element of strength training. Each bar weighs 14kg, is 1524mm long and coated with polished chrome, these Farmers Walk Handles will not disappoint.

Origin farmers walk handles give you everything you could need to focus on functional training. A favourite in the strongman world, they allow you to perform farmer deadlifts and loaded carries, key exercises seen in strength training.
Coming in pairs they allow you to increase grip strength whilst also developing muscle groups across the upper back and lower body in one classic strongman tool. Each bar weighs 14kg, is 1,524mm long, and coated with polished chrome.
Take training right back to its most basic form, they provide the perfect full body workout. Sleek design allows for easy weight change through chrome sleeves on either side of each handle. This bar does not include weight plates or collars.
