The Origin 10kg EZ Curl Bar reduces pressure and discomfort on the wrists and elbows, protecting joints when weightlifting. It's a great way of adding variety to upper body workouts by isolating bicep, tricep, and forearm muscles. The barbell features standard handle knurling, chrome coating, and copper bushings rotational system which freely rotates allowing the bar to handle a higher load capacity.

The angled shape reduces discomfort whilst lifting allowing isolation of bicep, tricep, and forearm muscles. The EZ Curl Bar is a great way to add variety to upper body workouts as its can be used for both bicep curls and tricep extensions. EZ Curl Bars can be used with either an underhand or overhand grip making them perfect for bicep curls, forearm curls, and tricep extensions.
It features standard handle knurling to increase grip, a copper bushing rotational system that offers a higher load capacity on the bar, and has been designed to freely rotate. It also features chrome shaft coating and sleeves to increase the level of durability. This bar works best with the Origin Olympic Spring Collars and our range of weight plates .

Please see our Barbell Conditions guide for full information. The definition of used correctly : 1.1 Weight loading not exceeding recommended limits 1.2 Bars are not left loaded with weights 1.3 Bars are only used with proper weight plates* 1.3 Use is only on a proper weightlifting platform** 1.4 Bars are not dropped on boxes, benches, spotter arms or similar. The definition of maintained correctly; 2.1 Chalk is cleaned regularly from the bar in line with our barbell maintenance guidelines. 2.2. Bars are regularly oiled to prevent rusting and to ensure correct lubrication in line with our guidelines. *We class proper weight plates as rubber or polyurethane bumper weight plates designed for use with an Olympic bar. Steel plates or handled weight discs do not fall into this category. **We class a proper weightlifting platform as a designated area where weights are dropped only on a rubberised drop zone with minimum depth 40mm. |
