The Origin Technique Weight Plates have been designed to help weightlifters of all ability levels focus on their technique and form. They are compatible with many different types of bars, have a durable construction, and are ideal for small progressions in weight.

Origin Technique Weight Plates come in 2.5kg or 5kg weight plate sizes which are perfect when used with a technique bar . This is because it allows lightweight to be used during power movements with a strong focus on technique. In addition, the plates are colour coded, sold in single pairs, and have a durable construction.
