The Origin Mini Power Bands are a great tool for rehabilitation and injury prevention. A useful tool for strength and conditioning, during warm-up and stretching, and also for improving stability. The bands are lightweight, small, portable and made from strong durable latex rubber Set consist of: light (0.4mm), medium (0.7mm) and heavy (1.2mm) bands. All bands have a circumference of 500mm.
Suitable for a variety of resistance exercises but very popular for adding resistance to hip, thigh and glute movements such as:
- Glute Bridges
- Squats
- Clamshells
- Donkey Kicks
- Lateral Lunges/Walks or Monster Walks
The Origin Mini Power Bands are the perfect tool to help intensify your workouts. The set consists of light, medium and heavy bands, offering a variety of resistance levels that can be used with or without weights to add a new dimension to workouts.

| Commercial Warranty Details | Origin Resistance products come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects, however does not cover reasonable wear and tear. To be used in supervised, controlled environments. All resistance products must be regularly inspected for cracks and defects in their surface. Not to be over-stressed or subjected to heavy drop loads upon the band. Not to be used on abrasive surfaces, sharp edges, against any equipment that may cut or damage the band/tube. Resistance products must be stored away from cut and damage hazards. |
