The Gym Division 20kg Barbell Set with 80kg weight plates is an all-in-one strength training solution that will help you to strengthen your body and build muscle. This Olympic weight set has been expertly designed and includes a 20kg weightlifting barbell and set of 80kg weight plates. Versatility comes as standard with this set which allows users to perform a wide range of exercises and compound movements, to get a full body workout and progressively overload different muscle groups with ease.
The importance of a quality barbell is paramount, and this Olympic bar has the strength, durability and bearings needed to last a lifetime. The Rubber Olympic Weight Plates have a cast iron inner core with black rubber coating and triple handle design, creating improved grip and greater handling making it easier to take weight plates on or off the bar. All in all, this package set is great for beginner or advanced lifters for home gym use or in commercial gym settings.
