The Gym Division Alpha Rack Pod System - Rotational Core Trainer is an attachment for both the Alpha Power Rack and the Alpha Half Rack. The Rotational Core Trainer attaches to either upright of the racks, providing a variety of isolated core exercises.
One of the many products in the Gym Division POD System range that are versatile, functional, modular, and adaptable to suit the changing demands of any gym space. The POD configurations create an all-in-one training zone which is ideal for home, PT studios and those delivering a semi-private model.
The Gym Division Rotational Core Trainer is a landmine attachment for the Alpha Series Racks. It rotates over 180 degrees horizontally and vertically allowing for more varied workouts. If you’re looking for an attachment which builds rotational strength and activates core muscle groups, then this is the tool for you.
The Rotational Core Trainer anchors securely to the rack and allows users to easily develop rotational power to improve core stability through full core activation. Not only can it be used for core exercises, but it can also easily be adapted to suit different upper body workouts including bent over rows, landmine press, and push press exercises.
