Users select an appropriate weight and perform assisted pull-ups or triceps dips to target back, chest, and arm muscles effectively. Multiple handlebars provide varied grip positions, and the assisted foot support allows users to train safely from a standing position. This dual-function machine is ideal for both commercial gyms and small training facilities.
