The Impulse IF9318 Torso Rotation is specifically designed to strengthen the obliquus externus abdominis and core muscles. Users select an appropriate weight and comfortable starting position, then hold the handlebars and rotate their torso to effectively engage the internal and external obliques. Its innovative motion and pelvic stabilization system, combined with seat, roller, and back pads, ensure safe and stable training. Multiple starting positions allow customization for users of different sizes.
