Our Double Grip Medicine Balls allow for a different range of workouts to traditional medicine balls as users can lift greater weights due to the handles. Perfect for improving agility, balance, and speed.

Using a colour-coded design allows for easier identification of each weight and adds colour and vibrancy to the surrounding workout environment. Easily complete Russian twists, weighted sit-ups, or medicine ball swings.

Available in a wide range of weight variables and colours: 5kg: black with light blue, 6kg: black with purple, 7kg: black with red, 8kg: black with yellow, 9kg: black with green, and 10kg: black with red.
