This adjustable weight bench is perfectly suited for several exercises including dumbbell movements, bench pressing, and shoulder pressing.

As a strength training essential it enables members to get the most out of their workouts by allowing a wide range of exercises to be performed on it. Whether it's training on an incline, decline, or flat level this bench can accommodate it all through 8 different adjustment positions. Each increment opens new training possibilities helping members to develop multiple muscle groups.

Using extra thick 65mm padding across the seat covering provides fantastic cushioning support for the heaviest of lifts. Improving on previous models we added. The red adonised adjustment knob makes the bench simple to adjust through the -15°to 90° adjustment angles. It’s the perfect all-round weight bench for commercial gyms or home sites, providing a stable solid base to work out from.
