Our Performance Series Dip Attachment adds versatility to training by enabling a rack to be turned into a tool for developing upper body strength. The dip attachment will connect to any performance series rig upright and only requires one slot; however, the frame will cover four holes.
The design makes it simple to place the dip attachment at any height on the rack and to keep it secure we made it a simple pin-locking system to keep it secure in place when in use. The ergonomic handle design makes developing muscles in the chest, arms, shoulders, and abs more convenient than ever.
