Our Power Bands version 2.0 makes it easy to add resistance to workouts without the need for heavy weights. They're the perfect tool for increasing strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility in one go. It makes working out wherever is chosen simply as they can be easily transported which extends their use.

Origin Power Bands go from extra extra light to extra heavy covering all resistance needs. They come in thicknesses of 12.7mm, 20.6mm, 31.75mm, 44.5mm, 63.5mm, and 82.5mm. The durable rubber latex can withstand almost anything thrown at it whether you choose to use it for stretching or for assisting with power movements.

Light and medium power bands are useful for adding small levels of resistance to workouts which is ideal for rehabilitation and activating stabilising muscles. Our stronger bands are great for assisting with exercises like chin-ups and dips, or for power movements like deadlifts, squats, and bench pressing.
