The Origin RB3 Barbell Sets are fixed barbells offering simple progression steps for strength training. We have light, heavy, and full set options available. Our sets include fixed barbells ranging from 7.5kg to 45kg making them perfect for busy commercial gyms or PT studios.
Our RB3 Barbell Sets are fixed barbells used in weight training and are well-loved for training biceps, chest, shoulders, back, and forearm muscles. Our fixed barbells come in varying weights from 7.5kg to 45kg with a standard length shortened fully knurled steel grip handlebar for better grip and consistent balance.
The benefit of fixed barbells is that the desired weight doesn't need to be assembled. This helps free up time to workout, instead of spending time loading a barbell. They can also be seen as more secure, coming with less risk than using a barbell and weight plate combo as there is no chance of weights sliding off of the bar.
Our sets are ideal for strength progression as they offer a good range of weight increments needed to develop strength over time. Buying multiple fixed barbells in one go can also be cost-saving compared to buying individual barbells. We advise purchasing a fixed barbell storage rack if you plan to purchase a set, either single or double-sided depending on the set chosen.
