It is a fantastic training tool for users with goals at all levels, however, it's especially helpful for users who struggle to achieve effective positioning in traditional back/front squats due to issues with the back, shoulders, wrists.
Neck protectors are supplied with this safety squat bar to provide extra comfort providing comfortable cushioning during heavier weight loads. Uniquely shaped central positioning provides a more comfortable weight distribution - keeping all the weight centred throughout the whole squat movement that promotes better balance and stability.
