Our Single Handle with Rubber Grip Cable Attachment is perfect for training with different cable machines. It can be used for a range of exercises to target muscles across the body including the back, chest, arms, and shoulders. Using it for shoulder presses, cable flys, rows, or curling.

Having a textured rubber handle provides excellent grip with a rotating handle that allows for correct form. Depending on training needs it can be used for bi-lateral or uni-lateral movements.
