The Origin Training Bumper Plates are the perfect training tool for perfecting form or technique in all types of weightlifting movements. Each single weight plate has a 450mm diameter, weight tolerance of +-2, and are made from high quality rubber. They are not designed for competitions, but are still accurate enough in weight and dimension for competitive training purposes. These training bumper plates are available in the following weights: 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg.

The new Origin Training Bumper Plates are perfect for all power, strength, and Olympic lifting training needs. Using bumper plates is the best way to perfect your form or technique across all types of weightlifting movements including the clean and jerk, snatch, or cleans.
These plates can be used with all types of Olympic barbells and are made from a high quality rubber material, meaning they are both durable and versatile. Built for high impact exercises they greatly reduce damage to flooring through shock absorbing properties, have a 450mm diameter, and a tolerance of +-2mm for all plates.
Whilst these bumper plates are not approved for competitive events, they are still accurate enough in weight and dimension for competitive training purposes and are available in the following weights: 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg. The 5kg bumper should not be dropped in isolation and only used in tandem with other weights to avoid bending.
