The rotational bar provides a natural movement, releases stress on the users back and the knurled middle bars provide a superior grip which can help to eliminate discomfort to elbows, forearms and wrists.

This versatile tool which not only works the triceps can also be used for a range of upper body strength exercises as well. It is great for doing a range of functional exercises such as the overhead tricep press, skull crushers or hammer curls.

The Origin Tricep Bar is ergonomically designed with handles to help you target those difficult to reach areas of the triceps. The rotational bar helps release stress on the back and sectional knurled handles provides grip, comfort and safety. It is also suitable for any Olympic Weight Plate, with the 165mm sleeve length providing more weights to be stacked.
