Job description
The Marketing Team is a key driver of Origin’s growth. We’ll be pivotal in helping double the size of the business in the next 5 years, building brand awareness and salience amongst both B2B and B2C customers. Our recently agreed new marketing strategy gives us the direction and resources to take Origin marketing to the next level, to match the business’s ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing the Origin B2C brand, bringing our new brand positioning to life across every consumer-facing touchpoint
- Owning the Instagram strategy, and working with the social agency, to ensure every piece of content is on brand and on strategy
- Recruiting, briefing and managing three to four brand ambassadors
- Identifying and managing two to three brand partners in strength, wellness and fitness
- Managing the consumer email programme, ensuring tone and content build the brand consistently over time
- Working with the creative team to brief and product content for campaigns, social and ambassadors
- Building and maintaining a robust methodology for measuring and tracking brand growth
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years experience building a consumer-facing brand
- 3+ years hands-on experience leading strategy and content development on Instagram, including both organic and paid social
- Experience managing ambassador/influencer relationships from brief to content delivery
- Strong creative judgement. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to know what good looks like and be able to articulate why
- Ability to write in our brand voice and brief others to do the same
- Comfortable managing multiple external partners simultaneously
- A willingness to get stuck in. This is a role for someone who wants to make a real marketing and commercial impact. We're a small team with big ambitions.
