Notice for Customers outwith Mainland UK
Standard delivery charges are based on product weight & size. Please get in touch with our team for more information.
As standard we only ship orders to mainland UK.
Should you wish to ship to a location outwith Mainland UK, including the United States of America, please contact a member of our team to discuss your options via hello@originfitness.com.

Delivery Notice
We are currently dispatching orders within our regular 7-10 working day timeframe. (Working days: Monday - Friday)
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm delivery dates prior to order. Our carriers have also been experiencing high demand, so please allow 24hrs either side of the scheduled delivery date.
Communication with Origin Fitness
Due to the high volume of requests, please allow 24 hours(weekdays) for our team to respond to your queries. Our phones are currently being answered Monday - Friday (between 10.00 and 17.30). If you're contacting us by telephone and can't get through, please make sure you leave a voicemail your name and number for us to return your call.

Standard Delivery
Current delivery timescales between 3-5 working days. Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is currently unavailable.
Specialist Installation
Certain products require specialist installation.
If you check out with one of these products, one of our order fulfilment team will be in contact to arrange the next available date for installation to take place.
Note: For large or heavy items we currently offer a kerbside pallet drop only. For more details please call 0333 2000 750.
Collections: If you wish to collect an online order from our Edinburgh warehouse, this can be arranged. To speak to one of our team please call 0333 2000 750.
UK postcode exceptions: Free, Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options are currently not available to the following postcodes beginning with: BT, KA27, KA28, FK18-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, PA20-PA88, PH17-PH50, KW1-KW17, PO30-PO41, ZE1, ZE2, ZE3, IM, IOM, JE and GY. Postcode exception areas include Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Returns Policy: You have fourteen (14) days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. For more information on our returns policy please click here.

If you've changed your mind
If you’ve made a purchase and would like to cancel it, you can do so if you notify us within 14 days of receipt of cancellable goods. Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty. Refunds will not include original shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. If you are returning items over £30, we would recommend you consider using a trackable delivery service. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
To complete your return request, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described
If you’ve received goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described then we will offer a repair or replacement if repair is not possible. We will arrange and pay for collection of the goods, along with delivery of a replacement if applicable.
If you’ve had the items for longer than 30 days we may not offer a full refund but will still repair or replace the items.
To complete the return of faulty or damaged goods, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

When to Expect Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@originfitness.com
