Ben came to us with a clear ambition and an empty space. We took it from brief to fully equipped training facility - designing the layout, selecting every piece of kit, and seeing it through to installation and beyond.

The Challenge:

Founded by Ben Schroder, FitCrowd set out to create a space that offered clients access to the best possible training environment by combining top-quality coaching with premium equipment.

Ben’s goal was to maximise functionality and aesthetics, designing a facility that looked professional, felt inspiring, and gave every member a wide range of products to train with.

FitCrowd needed a partner who could deliver a complete solution, from gym layout design to equipment sourcing and installation – all while ensuring the process was seamless from start to finish.

The Solution:

The Origin Fitness team worked closely with FitCrowd to ensure Ben’s vision came to life. This involved a detailed in person consultation and site visit to be able to produce 3D designs that Ben could review. Listening to Ben's training approach informed our design choices which allowed us to optimise each inch of space for efficiency, flow and member experience.

Account Manager, Rory, played a crucial role, using his extensive product knowledge and industry insight to recommend equipment that perfectly supported FitCrowd’s small group training model.

The Outcome:

The result was a functional, high performance training environment that exceeds expectations. Members were immediately impressed by the look, feel, and flow of the gym, describing the equipment as top of the range and the layout as perfectly designed for the space.

Since opening, Origin has continued to support FitCrowd as Ben's plans have grown, including new projects beyond the original fitout. FitCrowd now operates as a premium small group personal training facility, with equipment and design that elevate both the member experience and the brand’s professional image.
