Job description
Origin Fitness is seeking a motivated individual to join its Product department as a Product Marketing Executive. This role will focus on delivering projects on time and on budget; working closely with Marketing, Sales and Service to support our products and their associated projects.
Responsibilities:
- Product positioning - develop clear and compelling product positioning and craft messaging that resonates with our target audiences
- Bring to Market - Develop & implement a "Go-to-Market" strategy for new product releases which briefs all stakeholders
- Product Awareness -Develop initiatives to position the Origin range prominently in the minds of consumers
- Sale Enablement - Design, create and produce tools and training materials for Sales, enabling them to effectively pitch products
- Content Creation - Provide information and collateral to the external Marketing team that allows them to generate content around Origin products
- Customer Insight - Collect and analyse feedback from clients, sales teams and customer services to refine marketing strategies and inform product development
- Competitor Intelligence - Monitor the fitness market and produce comprehensive reports
- Market Research - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitor positioning
- Product Development Insight - Provide valuable input on development projects to ensure alignment with market needs and company objectives
Essential skills & competencies
Strong written, oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience editing and creating engaging visual documents
Experience with Adobe Cloud/ Microsoft Publisher/ Canva/ Affinity for creation of visual documents
Website Creation and editing - preferably Shopify but any web design experience is applicable
A solid understanding of how social media is utilised within a business context
Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team and liaising with stakeholders
A portfolio or similar collection of previous works to demonstrate the above skills
Desirable Skills
An understanding of fitness, fitness trends and products
Experience of presenting to camera and/ or audio recording
Proven track record of creating and managing campaigns with a measurable ROI
Knowledge of the Product Design process
A keen interest or previous experience in fitness is beneficial
