Department role

This is a high‑impact role with real visibility across the business. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a key part in shaping how our supply chain supports customer experience, operational performance and scalable growth.

You’ll lead improvements across logistics, inventory management, warehousing and distribution — making things faster, smarter and more efficient — while building and developing a capable, engaged team around you.

Job description

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and continuously improving Origin Fitness’s supply chain operations to ensure customers receive the right products, at the right time, in the most efficient way.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy in line with business objectives.
  2. Improve efficiency across packing, loading and delivery to increase speed, accuracy and productivity
  3. Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, stock planning, storage and stock control
  4. Plan and coordinate logistics and transport to ensure on-time, in-full delivery to customers
  5. Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and transport partners
  6. Monitor performance using KPIs and reporting, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  7. Collaborate closely with warehouse, projects, sales and operations teams
  8. Identify and manage supply chain risks, developing practical mitigation plans
  9. Lead, coach and develop a small supply chain team
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and accountability
  11. Support the Operations Director with analysis, insight and recommendations

Qualifications & Experience

1. At least 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
2. Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, warehousing and distribution
3. Proven experience improving operational performance and service delivery
4. Data-driven, analytical approach with strong attention to detail
5. Confident people leader, experienced in developing small teams
6. Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
