The challenge:

Will Mason's dream of opening a private training facility came true in 2020, a year where PT's across the UK started considering opening up their own studios to handle the high demand of one-to-one training support. With support from Ryan at Origin Fitness, Will proudly opened the doors to his Cambridgeshire facility in August 2020.

3D Design vs Reality

Often, the biggest challenge faced by Personal Trainers opening a studio is that they need to be able to cater to a large range of clients, within a limited space. Tackling this challenge creatively with the help of 3D design software helps understand the potential of the studio before a final kit list is created.

Over and above the total atmosphere, a good gym layout can vastly increase the success of a fitness business. Cluttered spaces, too little movement area, and a lack of scalable equipment can all negatively impact a member experience, resulting in lower overall retention.
