Gym Division Olympic Plates

The Gym Division Rubber Olympic Weight Plates combine durability, functionality, and ease of handling, making them a versatile choice for any gym or home training space. Each plate features a cast iron inner core encased in a protective black rubber coating, ensuring long-lasting performance while helping to protect floors and reduce noise during use.

A triple-handle design offers improved grip, making it easier to load and unload plates from a barbell, as well as enabling a variety of additional plate-based exercises. Integrated separators create a gap for quick and safe handling when changing weights.

These plates are designed for use with Olympic barbells (with a 2" / 50mm sleeve diameter) and are not recommended for exercises where weights are dropped or lowered without control. For such activities, Bumper Plates are a safer option due to their uniform diameter and shock absorption properties.
