The Impulse IF9323 Arm Extension is designed to strengthen the triceps effectively. Users select an appropriate weight, hold the handlebars, and extend the arms downward around the elbow joint. The 45° tilted arm pad ensures stability, and the adjustable seat accommodates users of various heights and arm lengths. Vertical handlebars with anti-slip shields enhance safety and performance.

Changed your mind?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty. Return postage isn’t refunded and is the customer’s responsibility.
