The Impulse IF9324 Lateral Raise is designed to strengthen the deltoid and trapezius muscles. Users select an appropriate weight, extend their arms, and rotate the roller pad to target the deltoids effectively. The larger arm roller pad increases contact area for comfort, while the adjustable seat accommodates users of varying heights and arm lengths. The yellow circle pivot ensures correct positioning during exercise.

Changed your mind?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty. Return postage isn’t refunded and is the customer’s responsibility.
