Due to the high volume of requests, please allow 24 hours (weekdays) for our team to respond to your queries. Our phones are currently being answered Monday - Friday (between 10.00 and 17.30).

Specialist Installation : Some products require specialist installation. If your order includes one of these items, our team will contact you to arrange the next available installation date.

Returns

Changed your mind?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty. Return postage isn’t refunded and is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we’ll repair, replace or refund it and cover return costs. Proof of purchase required.
