The Origin Technique Weight Plates are specifically designed to help lifters perfect their Olympic and powerlifting techniques. Available in 2.5kg and 5kg increments, these plates allow users to add resistance while maintaining focus on proper form and movement patterns.

Made from durable injection-moulded HDPE, the plates feature increased thickness to prevent bending when dropped, ensuring long-lasting performance in both home and commercial gym environments. With a 450mm diameter and a 51mm insert, they are fully compatible with all Olympic and technique bars.

Weight plates are sold individually.

Changed your mind?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty. Return postage isn’t refunded and is the customer’s responsibility.
