It combines an exercise bike, traditional elliptical and stepper into one seamless machine allowing you to effectively improve fitness levels.
Otherwise known as a cross trainer, this versatile elliptical offers 12 programs to allow users to follow a pre-set workout or use in manual mode along with a workout app. There is a handy phone holder to make following your workout app a breeze and metrics can be easily tracked to optimise training across time, distance, speed, heart rate or resistance level. The elliptical trainer has been designed to fit with your natural bodily movements and can easily be transported to fit into your home or gym perfectly.
