This versatile tool which not only works the triceps can also be used for a range of upper body strength exercises as well. It is great for doing a range of functional exercises such as the overhead tricep press, skull crushers or hammer curls.

The rotational bar helps release stress on the back and sectional knurled handles provides grip, comfort and safety. It is also suitable for any Olympic Weight Plate, with the 165mm sleeve length providing more weights to be stacked.
