The odourless urethane is highly impact-resistant and maintains its finish even under heavy use, while the precision-machined steel inner ring ensures plates slide smoothly onto bars and machines.

The double-handle grip design is a key ergonomic feature, making these plates easier to handle than traditional styles. The handles not only assist with loading and unloading barbells or plate-loaded machines, but also allow the plates to be used for a variety of handheld exercises such as core twists, farmer’s carries, or overhead movements.
