Sales Account Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and ideally a knowledge of sales to join our growing sales team. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering an outstanding level of customer service.



You will need to be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities for the business that appear via our telephone, email and web chat enquiry systems and then distribute these to the relevant sales division. You will also assist both the key accounts and specialist division with the administration and execution of the relevant sales strategy to help the team deliver their target. Training on all company systems and processes will be provided and there is ongoing and unlimited sales training support via our training partner.


Reports to: Sales Divisional Manager  
Location:  HQ | Newbridge

Salary:  Â£22,000 - 24,000 with OTE of up to £30k
Contract Type:  Full Time. Hybrid Remote.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying sales enquiries via our phone, email and web chat sales channels
  • Building relationships with your teams customer base and ensuring that they receive an excellent customer experience
  • Liaise with all internal departments to ensure that all customer experiences are of the highest levels
  • Managing and processing customer orders through our CRM system
  • Follow internal procedures efficiently to maintain and improve the internal CRM database by recording customer interactions, details of enquiries, issues or comments
  • Work closely with and support your team members at all times
  • Achieve or exceed the pre-determined productivity standards, KPI’s and goals to maintain the highest level of customer service


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Ideally have some sales experience and worked within the Fitness sector or has a passion for Sport & Fitness.
  • Customer Service experience, that can be either through the telephone or in a face-to-face environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, E-Mail (Microsoft Outlook) and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in digital administration covering emails and a CRM database
  • Be able to maintain an efficient and organised approach to all tasks
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be passionate about taking ownership of customer queries and be able to confidently resolve issues where required
  • Be a team player with a healthy competitiveness and consistency
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural communicator

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Passion for sport or the fitness industry
  • Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM database
  • Previous Sales experience
