The Powerblock Pro 50 Commercial Set is an adjustable dumbbell set built to take free weights training to new heights. They come as a pair offering a selection of weights from 5-50lbs (2.2kg – 22.6kg) per dumbbell. The main benefit of these adjustable dumbbells is their space-saving ability as they replace the need to have multiple dumbbells, 19 in this case, making it a versatile strength training option giving users access to a whole dumbbell rack in just one pair of dumbbells.

Urethane-coated steel plates deliver smooth and quiet performance whilst a contoured rubber grip provides a secure grip. The dumbbells are safe and easy to use providing rapid adjustments. An auto-lock feature helps to secure the weights when the handle is placed within a weight stack but the lever can also be used to make micro-adjustments in 2.5lbs or 1.1kg increments.
