The Alpha Strongman Yoke/Squat Stand is a dual purpose strength training equipment piece widely used in strongman style training. It features adjustable pin locking height positions, includes J-Hooks making it adaptable for barbell exercises, and has a compact footprint making it great for home gym or commercial facilities.

Our strongman yoke provides two pieces of equipment for the price of one and is a dual-purpose piece of gym equipment that is used in strongman events. Adaptable as either a Yoke or Squat Stand, using this piece of equipment is a sure way of keeping strength training regimes varied. The Yoke is a staple in the Strongman world typically used in training and competition for core strength and overall fitness levels.
As an entry level way of training for these events we have designed the strongman yoke with a thick sturdy yet adjustable bar making it possible to work through a range of advanced movements. After choosing an appropriate height use the locking pins to keep the bar securely in place. J-Hooks provided make equipment adaptable for barbell exercises turning the yoke into a traditional rack.
Manufactured from 70x50mm box section with 2mm steel gauge this product is perfect from any commercial or home gym environment due to its compact footprint. The Strongman yoke has 39 racking positions, all of which are 50mm apart which allows for a variety of user heights and differing starting positions for exercises. This Strongman yoke can also be used for zercher squats, drag exercises and provides a heightened bar for lifting/throwing weighted bags over - a classic Strongman event!
