Our Core Foam Roller is great for members needing help breaking down fibrous scar tissue and muscle knots that can occur from injuries or training. It helps aid flexibility by releasing tension and increasing blood flow by hitting key muscular trigger points.

Foam rollers enable members to perform self-myofascial release which will improve the quality of stretching, warm-up or cool-down sessions. Our design has a hard PVC inner layer with a soft EVA outer layer that helps target deep muscle tissue.

The design enables members to perform stretches on key areas such as the IT band, arms and leg muscles. This foam roller is suitable for anyone interested in Pilates, yoga, sports massages, injury rehabilitation or muscle repair.

Returns

Changed your mind?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty. Return postage isn’t refunded and is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we’ll repair, replace or refund it and cover return costs. Proof of purchase required.
