It features multiple racking positions that enable the user to safely squat or overhead press. The open front design allows a weight bench to be placed inside the smith machine turning into a bench press. Six weight plate storage pegs can be found at the rear of the machine providing ample storage space to keep weight plates close by. The maximum weight capacity of 200kg allows everyone to push their strength training boundaries safely and securely.
