The Impulse T-Bar Row machine is a versatile piece of gym equipment that allows users to perform the T-Bar Row without the need for a traditional barbell. The simple design can be used with variety of weight plates and the easy to access weight peg at the front of the T-Bar Row machine makes it simple to load weight plates on and off the machine.
The plate loading design has multiple grips allowing users to target different back muscle groups through narrow or wide grip stances. This makes it great for performing the standard T-Bar Row, Bent over row or landmine exercises. A stable sturdy footplate keeps users stable throughout the duration of their workout making it a great addition to any commercial gym or home gym.
