Glute Ham Developer
The GHD has long been a favourite of S&C coaches due to the huge benefits that a strong posterior chain delivers elite athletes. However, the popularity of exercises like GHRs, hip and back extensions has made it a staple on the modern gym floor.
Although lower to the ground than the traditional Glute Ham Developer, you can still perform most of the same exercises on this lower profile version. The added benefit, of course, is that it doubles up as a hip thruster bench.
Hip Thruster Bench
As a hip thruster bench, this product provides the ideal place to work your glutes. The pad height is set to allow easy positioning of a barbell while the transportation handles are ideally positioned to double up as band pegs.
The product is adjustable both horizontally and vertically and the compact design is perfect for any studio or gym. It features high quality, extra-thick padding for comfort on your knees and quads (when used as a GHD) and back (when used as a hip thruster).
