Origin GHD Machine Hip Thrust Bench

GHD machines are designed to help build strong glutes, lower back, hamstrings, abdominal muscles, and improve the posterior chain. Unique to this machine is its low ground profile and that it doubles up as a hip thrust bench. The GHD machine is adjustable horizontally and vertically with a compact design making it perfect for any commercial gym. We made sure to include extra-thick padding for added comfort on the knees and quads (when used as a GHD) and back (when used as a hip thruster). Elite athletes will find this machine useful for building explosiveness, power, and lowering injury risk.

Designed with functionality in mind we made sure the pad height was set to enable easy barbell positioning even in this lower position. Although lower to the ground than the traditional GHD machines, you can still perform the same exercises on this lower-profile version. The transportation handles are also ideally positioned to double up as band pegs.
