The sand filled nylon bag is perfect for upper, lower and core strength training, and is especially useful for forearm & grip training.
With weight increments from 5kg to 25kg the Origin Highland Bags make progression and regression simple.
The sand filled bags will displace easily so that they comfortably rest on the shoulders.
