Their soft design makes them safe to use in a Pilates setting, as they cause less damage if they are dropped.The spherical soft weight design is well-balanced and also promotes grip strength. The Origin Soft Weights are available in 0.5kg, 1kg and 1.5kg increments.

Origin Soft Pilates Weights can be safely and effectively used to enhance your Pilates training. Created with a soft design it makes them a safe exercise ball to use for a range of movements in Pilates or yoga.
Each ball is small enough to fit in the hands where they can be used to release tension in the body and improve mobility. Muscles can be gradually worked out with the sand-filled PVC balls, making them perfect for a wide range of users.
The spherical design is well-balanced helping to improve grip strength, balance, and coordination. Each Pilates Ball is colour-coded and we have 0.5kg, 1kg, and 1.5kg increments available.
