The Zhangkong IWF Black and Colour Training Plates are perfect for all power and olympic lifting training needs. Whilst they are not approved for competitive events, they are still accurate enough in weight and dimension for competitive training purposes. The plates are made of steel and have a rubber coating as per IWF specifications. The diameter of the discs are 450mm with a tolerance of ±1mm. The bore diameter is 50mm.
