The Pilates Mat by Core Fitness is an exercise mat that can be used across a wide variety of class types, but especially as a Pilates mat. The top side is ribbed while the bottom side is smooth, offering the added support needed for groundwork.
NBR foam provides soft supportive cushioning and includes a removable shoulder strap. Weighing just over 1kg it's lightweight making it ideal to transport to the gym or a Pilates class. NBR foam offers excellent cushioning and memory properties as well.
Made from NBR rubber, this pilates mat is 10mm thick making it extra comfortable allowing it to support the joints whilst exercising. It is also non-absorbent, making it hygienic and easy to clean.
