The Gym Division Adjustable Yoke and Squat Stand, otherwise known as a Strongman Yoke, is a dual purpose piece of equipment. You can either use this product as a Yoke or Squat Stand, meaning you are essentially getting 2 products for the price of 1!
Please note that weight plates are sold separately and the 25kg plates shown on the images are not included.
Load with weight plates up to 300kg and practice your yoke carries, or add the J-hooks, purchase a weight bar and perform squats!
This Strongman Yoke/Squat stand combo boasts 39 racking positions which are 50.8mm apart, making it easy to adjust to your rack height of choice.
