The Alpha Series Wall Mounted Half Rack & Bumper Set is the ideal piece of gym equipment for new lifters or seasoned pros, allowing users to increase their strength, power, and endurance. Designed with functionality in mind, a wide range of exercises can be performed on this half rack including squats, pull ups and overhead shoulder press.

Included in this set are 150kg worth of plates, a 20kg barbell and the Alpha Series Wall Mounted Half Rack. This machine comes with two attachments, two J-Hooks and an adjustable pull up bar which have adjustable pull pins to allow users to adjust the height of the attachments.

The J-Hooks are great for resting your barbell when not in use, they prevent metal on metal contact and scratches from occurring reducing damage to your barbell over its lifetime. The half rack can easily be folded away when not in use to create more space in your facility. To secure in place simply lock the half rack with the two metal pins on the bottom bearing at the back of the wall mount.

The compact design allows users to perform many of the same exercises as on a full-size power rack but with no overhead restrictions. This space saving solution can withstand heavy use while offering users a stable platform to perform a variety of compound lifts making it great for home gym or commercial facilities.
