The Origin freestanding squat stands are perfect for strength training in a home gym or commercial facility. The durable design of these stands make them suitable across a range of weightlifting exercises and an adjustable connector can be used to convert into a fixed squat stand if required.

Using durable mild steel, the stands have been designed to be effective at meeting the needs of anyone involved in strength training. They prove to be very effective for weightlifting exercises such as squats, bench presses, or the overhead press.
A number of benefits to this squat stand is that it features study feet to ensure stability, is height adjustable by the pull-pin mechanism, and provides a convenient place to hold a barbell in between sets. A compact design allows the stands to be easily stored away when not in use. Additionally, the independent squat stand can also be purchased with an adjustable connector to convert to a fixed squat stand if required.
