The Gym Division Alpha Rack Pod System - Viking Press Attachment is a landmine attachment to our Gym Division Racks - Alpha Series Power Rack, Alpha Series Half Rack and Compact Half Rack. One of the many products in the Gym Division POD System range that are versatile, functional, modular, and adaptable to suit the changing demands of any gym space. The POD configurations create an all-in-one training zone which is ideal for home, PT studios, and those delivering a semi-private model.
The Gym Division Viking Press attachment allows users to develop strength and power in a controlled manner. The Viking Press attachment works across the Alpha Series Racks and has been designed to help users develop their strength training or compound movements in a safe and controlled manner.
This Viking press has been ergonomically designed to allow users to maintain their natural joint alignment throughout a full range of motion. This is especially vital during Olympic style lifts where users need to maintain a fluid smooth natural movement during training. It is also great for users requiring a space saving solution to perform Olympic style training where they may not have room for an additional lifting platform and power rack.
Depending on the movement being performed the landmine attachment has three adjustment knobs, which can be tightened or loosened to keep the bar or handles either secure or loose in the attachment when in use. This makes it versatile as it allows a range of exercises to be performed including deadlifts, squats, and military press to name a few.
