The Gym Division Alpha Rack Pod System - Plyo Platform is an attachment for both the Alpha Power Rack and the Alpha Half Rack.The Plyo Platform attaches to either upright of the racks, providing a variety of height platforms for every user. Plyometric exercises are great for increasing intensity & speed.
One of the many products in the Gym Division POD System range that are versatile, functional, modular, and adaptable to suit the changing demands of any gym space. The POD configurations create an all-in-one training zone which is ideal for home, PT studios and those delivering a semi-private model.
The Gym Division Plyo Platform attaches to either of the upright sections on the Alpha Series allowing users to perform a wide range of plyometric exercises to increase power, intensity, and speed. The Plyo Platform is a plyo box alternative that enables users short on space to turn their gym into a fully functioning plyometric exercise space.
It features a small footprint which reduces the floor space required to use the platform allowing users to easily perform a range of core exercises in a small area including step ups, box jumps and push ups. The steel frame is built to be durable while the footplate has small ridges to increase grip across the platform to prevent users from slipping during intense training sessions. It can also be easily adjusted to suit different height requirements through the easy clip on/off system meaning it can be quickly removed in seconds.
