The Gym Division Alpha Rack Pod System – Long Wall Ball Target is the perfect accessory for your rack adding another to your training. The sturdy steel construction has a black powder coated finish and is great for protecting your gym wall from damage or marks.
The long wall ball has two targets and can easily be attached to the rack and durable steel construction ensures it can handle anything you throw at it. This accessory allows users to improve focus during training and coordination and is great for workouts or HIIT sessions in PT studios, commercial gym facilities or CrossFit style gyms.
