The Gym Division Alpha Rack Pod System – Pull Up Ramp is an attachment designed for the Gym Division Racks. One of the many attachments available in this range, it has a durable steel construction and comes in a matte black, powder coated finish to enhance resistance to scratches and chips on the steel frame.
The functional hard-wearing design of the pull up ramp makes it a fantastic tool for strengthening a wide variety of different muscle groups. It has 4 different height progressions allowing it to accommodate users of varying height. Pullups are a great low impact exercise which can build muscle strength, stamina and improve grip as well.
Using this pull up bar allows users to target their back, biceps, shoulders and ab muscles through variety of exercises including pull ups, chin ups, hanging leg raises or even around the worlds. Not enough of a challenge? Try using a dipping belt and add a dumbbell, kettlebell, or weight plates for even greater levels of resistance.
